Right is right even if no one is doing it. Wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it.

Mark 10:51-52 Jesus said to him in reply, “What do you want me to do for you?” The blind man replied to Him, “Master, I want to see.” Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has saved you.” Immediately, he received his sight and followed Him on the way.

Mark 10:38 Jesus said to them, “You do not know what you are asking. Can you drink the cup that I drink or be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized?”

I am grateful to all those who build up the parish community at IHM. During my six years as your pastor, I have been deeply touched by your hospitality, kindness, and faith.

Mark 10: 6-9 (6) “But from the beginning of creation, god made them male and female. (7) For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, (8) and the two shall become one flesh. So they are no longer two but one flesh. (9) Therefore what God has joined together, no human being must separate.”
