We invite you to attend and enjoy our Parish Gala on May 11th. For several weeks you heard and read about this Annual Auction Dinner Dance and Grand Drawing event. Invitations were mailed to all registered parishioners a few days ago. If you have not  registered, please contact the Parish Office to receive all parish mailings. Your invitation will arrive. This evening is our grand social event of the year. This year is our 30th Annual Gala. It has only been possible due to the generosity and goodness of fellow parishioners.
Funds generated from May 11 directly help to balance IHM’s annual operational budget.
From the moment you enter the event rooms in the Marriott Hotel San Mateo, you feel the warmth of friendship as you are welcomed by our Hospitality committee. That feeling lingers throughout the entire evening as guests meet and enjoy one another’s company.

A variety of exciting Silent Auction Gift Bidding Tables open at 5:30 pm. Soft music and appetizers are offered to guests. The Ballroom Dinner begins at 7:30 pm. You choice of a three-course Dinner is presented with dinner wines. The Grand Drawing and Mystery Gift Drawing, Dinner Surprises, and the Live Auction occur. Our wellknown new DJ’s music provides fun dancing until midnight. 

A catalog of event details will be mailed to reserved guests on May 3rd. Invite your adult
family and friends. Dinner table sponsor names are displayed on each dining table.  Invitations are on the church entrance tables. Speakers are there to meet and answer any questions you may have. 

This celebration of IHM Life creates funds that directly impact our worship,   liturgies, educational, social and outreach programs and services.

Moreover, this event in bringing our community together in the spirit of friendship and warmth enriches our daily lives.
