REGISTRATION IN IHM's SCHOOL OF RELIGION
We currently are accepting children for enrollment in kindergarten through grade 8.  Click here for the link to our Registration Form in PDF format (Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer, a free program from Adobe).  Use your browser's Back Button to return to this page after you have downloaded and printed the Registration Form.

If desired, you may fill out the Registration Form directly as displayed on your computer.  Click anywhere on the Registration Form, then press the Tab key, which will take you to the first field for typing in the information requested (type size shrinks automatically as you reach the end of the field).  Press your Tab key to advance to the next field, fill it out, and repeat until done.  Finally, print out the Registration Form, and mail or fax it to us.

Registration Forms can also be picked up at the Parish Rectory, or you may phone us and we will mail one to you.

In addition, Children's Scripture is offered every Sunday during the 9:30am Mass.  This provides a children's celebration of the Liturgy of the Word and is suitable for pre-kindergarten and elementary school children.

GUESTS AT SATURDAY YOUTH EVENTS
Your child may attend as a guest one of our Saturday Youth Events even though he or she is not enrolled in our School of Religion nor in the Elementary School.  However, you must fill out a Guest Permission Form,  Click here for the link to this form in PDF Format, fill it out (it may be filled out on your computer just like the Registration Form above), print and sign it, and have your child bring it to the event.

Should you have questions about any of the programs and classes offered by IHM’s School of Religion,  please contact the Director.  Her office hours are by appointment; meetings can be arranged at times that suit you, including weekends and evenings.
